新增OpenClash配置文件，优化代理设置和规则

- 添加新的OpenClash配置文件，包含代理提供者、代理组、规则提供者和规则
- 配置文件支持多个代理源，包括"金坷垃"和"一元"
- 优化规则提供者，支持直连、代理、广告、私有网络等各类域名列表
- 新增对OpenAI相关域名的代理支持
- 优化了对中国大陆IP、局域网IP的处理
